I did not know what to expect at Wisdom of the Heart. It surpassed all my expectation and it was virtual. I had many amazing experiences. I will just touch on one so this is not to long. I started Friday, being mentally, emotionally & physically exhausted from living in chronic pain – hurting all the time with out a break. This weekend gave me a break from high levels of pain and discomfort to being comfortable by the end on the 1st day. My pain was not at zero, but i would tell you I would take that level of comfort any day over what i had been dealing with. Huge thank you for the GIFTs you gave to me.
