Registration and Terms of Agreement

By Purchasing and Registering for THE AVALON GROUP, INC. (TAG) Training Course is a confirmation of participation in the TAG Program and acceptance of the terms that are outlined below:

Registration

Registration occurs when the TAG Registration Payment is received and complete.

• Your completed purchase and receipt represents your acceptance and acknowledgement of the cancellation terms when TAG receives your registration. This is in effect even if the participant has not received a confirmation of the registration.
• The participant will be sent a confirmation of their registration and additional information regarding the programme and location within 72 hours upon receipt of the Registration
• To create the best possible results we encourage the participant to read the additional information thoroughly and complete
• Travel, catering and cancellation costs are the participant’s own responsibility

Payments & Cancellations

• Payment for the program is your receipt of the registration
• Cancellations are only accepted in writing and are subject to the following conditions:
  • If cancellation occurs 28 days before the date of the program you are entitled to a full refund minus your non-refundable deposit. The cancellation date is the date of the post stamp
  • If cancellation occurs 15-27 days before the date of the program you are entitled to a 50% refund minus your non-refundable deposit. The cancellation date is the date of the post stamp
  • If cancellation occurs 14 days or less before the date of the programme the full fee is due and payable
  • You may assign your registration to another person who has not yet registered for the program
  • To validate this option, TAG must be informed in writing no less than 2 weeks before the date of the program
  • If the participant cancels or transfers their registration, the original registrant will be responsible for the full fee
