WOH training has brought incredible outcomes in many aspects of my life. The name of the training is exactly what it is. I experienced “the wisdom of my heart” from this breathwork training. It allowed me to connect to myself in the deepest level that I ever had. When I fully connect to myself, I can feel my heart speaking with wisdom, guiding me to where the light is.
