Physically, a freeing and opening of my normal breathing. Feels as though my blood flow has improved. I have noticed my blood pressure (normally high even with medications) has leveled off at a healthy range. At 65 years of age, my future is exciting to think of and plan, which is opposite of before the training. I also have a new relationship with stress. Without effort, I recognize stress when it appears, breathe into it and it dissipates. I start each day off with breathing exercise given in the course. I have a level of energy that I haven’t experienced in many years.
