WISDOM OF THE HEART

Next Event:

Did you know your heart has its own central nervous system? In fact, western scientists now understand that our hearts send more signals to the brain that the brain sends to the heart. The heart is the source of our connection to a consciousness greater than the ego. And when we connect to our heart, we gain greater control over our well-being. We can lower our stress levels, reduce anxiety, gain clarity and access to creativity, induce better sleep, and reconnect with our own internal guidance.

So, how can we gain greater access to our heart?

Wisdom of the Heart invites you to embark on an inner journey where we introduce a powerful life–changing type of yogic breathing, that has been known to effectively dissolve past trauma and heal at many levels: physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

Wisdom of the Heart is about the art of transcendence through the mastery of the breath. What we have found is most people are living consciously or unconsciously in an internal state of fear or uncertainty. The intention of this powerful experience is to create a fundamental shift from an internal state of fear to an internal state of love.

Through a combination of theory, interactive exercises, conscious breathing, and meditation a newfound clarity can be attained. Wisdom teaches you profound yet simple breathing techniques that support you in bringing your nervous system into balance, thereby experiencing a greater sense of peace and well-being.

Who should participate in Wisdom of the Heart? If you have a desire for greater sense of well-being (physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually) then this program is right for you. The beautiful thing about Wisdom of the Heart is by learning to access your life force energy through conscious breathing you become your own teacher.

We are in powerful times of change both globally and personally. You may have already engaged in transformational work and most likely you have achieved many goals and fulfilled many dreams. However, given the only constant is change how we handle change is critical. Stress is a function of how we deal with change and therefore it becomes vital that we explore new questions. How do I create a state of inner peace and well-being? How can I become a source of positive change in the world, in my world?

We invite you to join us for a very special 3-day journey. Space is limited and we encourage you to reserve yours now.
